shame that's the way companies have to make money to give you hours upon hours of entertainment while also developing expansions with more content than any game.
>eve online does expansions for free
Three things
1) EVE online expansions are released on a shorter schedule and are comparable to major content patches.
2) EVE online uses PLEX to make its money which has worth beyond just subscriptions as also way to get ingame currency, the result is a run away inflation on the ingame economy.
3) EVE online is a sandbox MMO where "content" is entirely player interactions and has no need for the same design teams other genres of MMOs have
>pay to play is bad
Simple answer, games require people to make them
But they also need to balance the books with incoming and expenses.
You want good content at a fast pace? That needs some money.
Or you can go free to play, and get bad content quickly or good content slowly.
Yeah, and then you pay more for less. FF14 adds more in a patch than I've seen Guild Wars 2 add in a full year. Not only that but you pay like 20 dollars for a flute in the cash shop. Oh boy.
They nickle and dime you to give you less for your buck while providing a sub par amount of content.
If less than two full hours of a minimal wage job a month is that impactful on your wallet for a game that provides you more content and doesn't force you to pay for half of it, then I'd suggest you get a better job.
Ya know, I've watched you for awhile, and I'm actually pretty happy seeing your comments here. A lot of the other Macro Furs I meet (or furs in general, heh) are kinda goofy in their thoughts, but you're pretty adult; glad to see you get good art and are a good person!
Samurai was hinted at since the game launched, it was only a matter of time before they came out, I am psyched for Red Mage, old school class finally returning
Honestly lately, I've been debating switching back to WoW after playing FF14 ARR since Beta. I enjoy the game, but I wish there was more content I could just log on and do that was fun. Dungeons and dailies aren't difficult and can be auto attacked through. Trials and raids are well made, but require set up time rather than just going in.
Define cutting content? The game's been out longer than its entire development time by this point. And the expansions--- or the base game--- are half of what a regular game cost. It's a pretty good bang for buck.
Would literally get the game for close to half of what you ask for one picture where you don't "Cut" the quality.
Soo god dam glad bing far east in the game god too so long when this happen gone soooo many Sam cosplay when this come out lol Duty find gone be asking healer and tanks once this come out and start at lvl 50 with the job sooo be neat see it
just a different perspective :U
There's perspective for ya.

Have always wanted to try this one but the idea of starting over from complete scratch is such a put off that Im not sure I can look past.
I'd gladly help you through your story and dungeons if you were to try it! You get bonus xp from me being a mentor ^^
Also, there is a trial!
