Easy, stuff like this tend to happens. All you can do is try to learn from any mistakes that happen, maybe be more clearer with yourself and others you socialize with, they along with anyone will understand you're not perfect and make mistakes sometimes :/. Don't beat yourself up over it : o.

I've been down this road before. There's only so much you can do to make things better and sometimes there isn't that option available to you that can fix what's been done on the spot. I've lost friends that I'm not getting back, but it's not all a complete loss. Carry this going forward from now on, to make sure you're not just a better person for others, but so you can be a better person for yourself too. Sometimes it feels like it's the end of a relationship, but you'd be surprised how time can mend things, some friends I do keep after months later. The best thing you can do is not drag on about it and press past the incidents and not to dwell on them too long.

It's good to be sorry and acknowledge your mistakes, but don't let it be the only thing on your mind should you happen to speak to these people again in the future. Over time you'll have more friends as well and you may even get your chance some day to redeem things with old companions. From the sounds of it you had a really bad strings of events happen to you, I hope you'll be okay. Keep your chin up once you've let all the pain out, You'll be alright in due time. Stay strong
