well depend you want your Ithaiah to live in which world ? if it's a fantasy r old one it could be shaman or druid , in a sf one could be reparing injured robot or cyborg ?
As doctor you just have to think heal someone or something , so can be a vetenary in a modern world ^^

And i saw on their old ref they have kind of glowing nails? are their insides / markings glowing as well? or is that just something you can choose?
