Terms of Service

ღ Artwork ღ
● About Using My Artwork ●
Never is it allowed to remove my watermark/signature at any time.
- Unless the artwork is for the customer/bought for the customer do not use the artwork on any website or gallery.
Approval/Removal can be given by me at any time. I retain all copyright to the image.
Uploading my Artwork on Websites, or Galleries is allowed only if credit is given to me.
- I prefer use of my user name or website link for credit: EgyptianDragon, EgyptianDragon1
- Again, do not remove my signature/watermark.
- Do not copy, trace, or use without permission.
Do not commission, request, or do it yourself on the following:
- Editing my artwork. Do not in any way change my artwork.
- Color without permission. If you buy lines and wish to have it colored please get my permission first.
- The above rule applies for any freebies as well
- Remove my watermark/signature.
- You MAY add your own watermark to protect your artwork.
ღ Commissions ღ
● Payment must be made before work is started. ●
Artwork will not be started until after payment is made.
Once Payment has been received I will begin work at my earliest convenience.
I work best with no set date/time and I tend to float between commissions to keep myself from burning out.
I will guesstimate the timing for you, but please understand it is really up to when i can sit and draw and if I am able to do so.
If you need your art by a set date, please inform me when you order the commission.
Do NOT pester me about your art.
Asking for an update once or twice is fine, but repeatedly asking me for it will stress me out and cause me to take longer or do a rush job, which I prefer not to do.
I do not typically hand out WIPs unless it is important I do so (ie. when making a character ref).
Please understand this is not my lively-hood but a hobby, I work a different part-time job to get by.
If you need to contact me about your commission, please use FA notes. My personal IM's are PERSONAL, not for commission contact.
I only make exceptions for the above rule if a commissioner does not have an FA account.
I will only use an IM for an easier sending of WIPS, but I will not go out of my way to contact on IM, I will only use FA notes to stay organized.
● Refunds can be requested. ●
Refunds are available if you feel you cannot wait the allotted amount of time I have taken to get your artwork to you. (ie. it has taken me several months with no progress/contact.)
To clarify, several months means over 4 months and if I do not offer a refund first.
If I am half-way through a commission, you will only get half back and you will get to keep the work I have done.
If I had approval throughout the commission process then a refund becomes unavailable.
- Meaning if you agreed and approved of the artwork through the stages of the commission and want a refund after product is given; a refund is not available.
- If a chargeback happens because of this result: artwork completed may not be used in any gallery or website except my own; which will be taken down as a result.
● Refunds are offered by me when: ●
A commission has taken more then four months time.
- This means that I shall offer a full refund if the commission is still not started and worked on by that point in time.
If the refund is declined I will do my best to deliver on the work or I will offer again if I feel I will not be able to complete the commission with apologies.
- If there is a customer being overly rude, overly demanding, or threatening... I will offer a partial refund.
The customer will then receive partial refund to the amount of work completed and a watermarked/signed uncompleted artwork.
In which they are allowed to upload as long as credit to the artist is given.
ღ Art Trade ღ
● If you ask for the Art Trade ●
If you are the one to start the art trade, please finish your product first.
Once you have uploaded your completed artwork I will upload mine.
My rules about my art still apply as I will give you the same respect.

ღ Free Artwork ღ
● I have the right to: ●
Refuse completion at any time of Free Artwork.
- However, I try to keep my word as best I can.
- I hold Free Artwork Chances when I am able. I love to do it. (Typically in stream.)
You may upgrade free art done at any point in time to a more finished piece at a small discount from my normal pricing.
If you are being complicated, overly picky, demanding, threatening, or rude I will refuse.
- Please do not do any of those things. I understand your character may be unique.
However, if I miss something... Ask me nicely. If I do not fix it, do not complain. It is Free.
Please do NOT beg for freebies, I will likely refuse. Be polite, remember I am taking time away from my paid commissions to do something for free.
I hold the right to ban you from my Free Art chances.
- If you take the above actions, I will ban you from entering my chances.
- However, I am forgiving. If you apologize for your attitude then I will remove the ban.
ღ Base Work ღ
● On the Occassion I Make Bases ●
Always, ALWAYS credit me for the base. I put a lot of work into something I don’t normally do for another artist/user to take full credit, and that’s just rude.
- Failure to credit me for my bases can result in blacklisting depending on the severity and if it was deemed intentional or not.
- However, I am forgiving. If you amend the situation and do not repeat the offense, then I will remove the blacklist.
- This will not affect a customer of an owner of the base, however, I may politely ask that I be credited if I find the customer has not given credit.
● Rules about Uploading ●
My rules above still and will always apply.
Make sure I am credited with a link to my FurAffinity page if art is uploaded to a site I am not on.
For websites I am on, it is okay to credit me on that site instead as I typically leave links back to my FurAffinity.
- Sites I am mainly active on are: FurAffinity, Toyhou.se, deviantArt, Weasyl
- Inactive sites are: Pixiv, FurryNetwork, Tumblr, InkBunny, SoFurry
- Please note that my username may be slightly different depending on the site! Make sure you read the variations of my username!
Please be sure to read and understand the ToS before agreeing to any of my Commissions, Art trades, or Free Art Chances.
Commissioning me means you agree to and understand these rules and you can be held accountable.
ღ Blacklist ღ
I do keep my own personal blacklist, it is not meant to be public, nor will any names be listed in my T.O.S. ever.
- Yes, I do currently have people on my blacklist for various reasons.
- If you are purchasing art as a gift and the gift-recipient happens to be on my blacklist, I will politely turn the commission down no questions.
- If a blacklisted person happens to obtain my art through purchase of a character that has art by me, I will not contest it. It is strictly in the sense of making new art.
- If you are on my blacklist, you may not purchase or obtain bases from me either.
If you have made it onto my blacklist, there is a reason and it is unlikely you will be removed unless there is an honest change in attitude and I feel comfortable about it.
I prefer to keep my list short as I do enjoy making art for others, but this list is for the protection of myself and my work.

I still retain all rights to my images. I will never give up rights to my images.
Please be respectful and I will be to you as well. I will always TRY to keep a professional calm.
Edits to my Terms of Service may be given at any time.

I am fine drawing most things to a certain degree, asking is the best way to get to know.
