Hmm... an idea could be that Kuro's facial tattoos have rearranged themselves to a full-face blue neon skull like pattern. I dunno lol

That lion pose is great! I love that idea!

Just putting it out there; Sean is a reaper. Kuro's essentially a manifestation of the spirit that is bound to Sean's sword, like the zanpakuto in Bleach.

Oh, a design idea you might want to consider; have it rain playing cards or something? They mean quite a bit to me :)
