Don't ever do this in the middle of the night alone.

I just watched a video of an atomic war scenario from the viewpoint of watching the news. God I have never had the chills like that watching a video. I don't know why but the subject of all out atomic war has intrigued and interested me as well as scared the jeepers out of me. But as I was born with 15 years remaining in the cold war before it ended in the early 90's with the reunion of Germany. The threat of a war like that was still on people's minds. Which is why the movie The Day After was made for TV in 1983. That miniseries I remember was shown over a few days and it scared me to watch it. Partially because it was made in the city from which I was born. But this video I just watched almost an hour long had me shaking and it was no more real than the day after. What I think sent the biggest chill down my entire body was the ending. Definitely going to have to curl up with my dog when I get home from work tonight. >.<
But for those who are a little less skiddish and want to see the video in question here it is. I warn you though. Be prepared to have your life flash before your eyes just watching it.
