I marathoned it for like, 4 hours. I am really enjoying it so far, like the amount of challenge and that I actually feel like i'm always vulnerable like Dead Space 1 & 2 did. Some parts are a little bullshit (dissection room, cough cough) but i'm realky enjoying myself so far. I don't play many FPS games, outside Bioshock 1 & 2 and Portal 1 & 2, but I am happy so far. :) definitely a game I would recommend to at least play through once.
