Use of my image

Its become time when i have to make this clear. After having more than a few little instances where someone has used my images on another website, say as an avatar, or reference image for roleplaying or even just sharing to a forum.
I will start off by saying... it is okay to use my images, as long as respect is paid to myself and the artists involved.
I expect a few simple things;
A link to my page (somewhere visible and relevant, not in tiny text hidden somewhere)
No misleading or uncharacteristic edits to the image (best to ask first to be safe)
Acting behaved while using my images (I don't want to be attributed to troll-like, hostile behaviour or oddball kinks)
Not using my images just to harass or defame me or anyone else.
If any one of these is not respected, then i will have to ask you (or the moderation of the website if you don't respond) to fix it, or have the work taken down.
Additionally, just because i say its okay doesn't mean you have permission from the artist too, every artist has a different policy and you use my images at your own risk. I would recommend seeking out the artist(s) TOS and check out their posting and usage policies. I will most likely NOT ask you to take artwork down for the sake of the artist, but what the artist does and wants is beyond my control and i will respect.

PS: these words are not law, and i am within my rights to ask you to take an image down or change something even if you meet the above requirements. Arguing with me like "but you said it was okay" isn't helpful.
