Holy.. Time for an UPDATE

So.. Here's the 4-1-1 that's going down.
For those of you who have been watching my boyfriend's page,
, then you already know the issues going on with the current company.
For those that do not know: we're being evicted. Have until the end of the month.
Now, here's the fun BS: company is trying to screw us over. They broke the Missouri Tenancy Law. We -NEVER- got a written notice, nor a notice tacked onto our door, saying we were being evicted. Instead, Hex is woken up from a nap by a call from our old leading company.
Oh, did I mention that they're trying to give us the run-around now? They're saying that they -gave- us a certified notice. Last we checked, a phone call -does not- constitute as a verifiable notice. They also gave us a paper that has -nothing- signed. Our parter, his husband, has gone over the paper several times, and basically the paper is for -US- to notify -THEM- of our move-out date, not the other way around.
NOw, for the GOOD NEWS: we have FOUND a place, and we have the keys. We expect to start moving the bulk items (furniture) hopefully by Thursday.
Everyone that has helped us so far, we greatly appreciate it.
Now, I have something that I have been holding onto for the last... 4-ish years(??):
It's my Warhammer 40K Tau Army. I need to sell it. I haven't played it at all in the last several years. I haven't kept up with the new rules and guidelines, nor the 'new' codex for the Tau army.
I've posted my army up in the ads(?)/marketplace(???) section of FB, but so far, no offers have been made.
Per Hex's suggestion, I have come here: I -need- to sell this army. I'm asking for $500, or BO. The army is primed, some pieces (not many) are painted, but the buyer can just re-prime. My fire warriors do have grass on their stands, and their bases are color marked, but they themselves are not painted (pictures at the bottom).
