I couldn't eat anything while doing anything else, I'd be worried about getting crumbs all over what I'm doing. Or if it's greasy, getting grease all over everything xD
Tea though, now tea is the prefect accompaniment to any task :3
yes peppermint, chamomile, lemon balm, and i like lavender, but its hard to find in my are T_T
i started out with tea and having a buuuuuuuutt load of honey in every cup till i grew to like it, n then gradually reduced how much honey i put into each cup.
now i drink it strait without adding anything~
unless im sick, then raw honey ftw~
I tend to prefer black teas, myself, though a nice peppermint herbal now and then is nice. Usually though, black tea or spiced black tea (masala chai) :)

I've never been a fan of warm fruit teas, but damn i love them when they cold ^^
