Albert Temple aka Gene Catlow, now one for the ages. ;={

I've just read that Albert has passed away. ;={
Like many here, I thought something might be amiss when he didn't update his strip on Monday or all of this past week. I had hoped he was just not feeling well, and the strip would resume.
My heart goes out to Catswhisker and all of his friends and family.
The most horrifying part of his death is that he was only 3 months younger than myself. I was born in September of 1957, and he was born in December of that same year.
I had met him only once, at FC, when he did a commissioned sketch in my sketch book. He was warm and genial. I had hoped to meet him once again.
So, 2017 is picking up where 2016 left off.
RIP Albert/Gene. You will be missed.
