New watcher wanted to make a suggestion today, and the rules may have turned them away.

Just wanted to make this to clarify the rules on making suggestions to me, in case anyone wants to make a suggestion whenever the WHEEL is not currently active.

1. https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/7827599/ <--- My will/won't list. Dear gawd, before you make a suggestion, make sure I'm okay with it. Telling someone "sorry, not gonna happen" isn't exactly a great thing to do, so I want to just make sure that people see this list first!

2. It totally might not happen! Sorry to crush your feelings, but I am busy a lot of the time. I know this rule here is gonna turn a *lot* of people away from suggestions, but that is why they are suggestions. If you want to suggest something, feel absolutely free to! I love to hear about what you guys want to see from me, but... Sometimes I just can't make it happen at the moment.

3. If it's free, it's only my characters. Will I draw your characters? Yes! But you have to either pay for it or win it in a raffle.

4. If you don't like the suggestion rules, that's totally fine! They're not mandatory.

5. If you really, REALLY, want a better chance at getting your suggestion picked, put it on the WHEEL!

Just wanted to really clarify the rules over suggestions.
