It took a lot of convincing myself, but I've decided to adjust my commission prices based on the time it usually takes me to finish an art piece.
From now on, I will work $8.10 an hour (minimum wage), and depending on how many hours it takes me to draw something is what I'll charge. For example, a fully rendered full body character usually takes me about 4 hours (with lineart taking the longest because I draw at such large dimensions), so my fee for this art piece is $32.40
I will also be adding more options for commissions, such as sketching and lineart and more!
