Alright so here is my short thing I got for hybrid species.

First I'm not completely against them. Everyone is entitled to make a unique character given the different species of animals out there, real or fictional.

What I AM seriously getting annoyed with is the lack of imagination. For example a lot of people and there idea of a hybrid seems to be a "catfox" ....REALLY?!!! The worst is it is either a fox with an extra cat like tail and maybe a change to the fur or other things to try and make them look like not exactly one species but heavily on the other.

Now this isn't the only out right slash to creativity but a few others being the increasingly popular "Wolf/dragon" hybrids. Again it heavily borrows on the wolf and only replaces the wolf tail with one of a dragon and add horns to there head. WHERE'S THE IMAGINATION?!?!!!

The only one I have seem to come across that doesn't completely bastardize all over creativity is the idea of Karas "fotter" half fox half otter. Whiiiile I know it looks like an off colored fox with a flat otter tail so far it seems a lot better than what most others are doing as far as hybrid animals. I mean I could go on about the genetic possibilities of science and how most of these are IMPOSSIBLE. I'm simply shrugging and saying hey it's fiction so let them do what they will.

However I have to call bullshit when I see it so if I may suggest can we please stop abusing the same species for these hybrids? So far they are house cats, wolves, foxes, and dragons.

Okay so my rant is pretty much done so I'm going to suggest taking this idea one step farther. Would anyone be interested in adopting one of my hybrids I'll try and create.

Here is the rough idea. I'm thinking of calling them Chinders (it's a working title for now) They are one part chinchilla and one part white tail deer. So you could say the female is a chindoe and the male a chinbuck. So far possible feature mixes will be chinchilla feet with chinchilla tail, slender deer limbs, and some facial features like a deer but with whiskers added.

Another would be hooves more hefty chinchilla legs,(so thus be shorter) stocky body deer tail, and some sort of facial features to resemble a well mix of both.

I think I prefer the first but let me know what you guys think. If this gets off the ground I'll be sure to have a low dough adopt practically giving out these guys. What you guys think? please let me know
