Nordicfuzzcon 2017: Post Con Report

It has gone about a week since Nordicfuzzcon 2017 and of all the cons from the previous years, this has been one of the best for me.
I arrived at the hotel on Tuesday since I had chosen super early arrival this year. The hotel itself was massive. It has 20 floors, a big open lobby with a indoor jungle and a fishpond filled with koi fish. It was a nice touch since the con had a japanese theme.
I stayed on the ninth floor for the entire duration of the con and almost every day I went to the hotel pool that was on the same floor. What luck!
The room was just right and the beds where not that bad.
Most of the time at the con I spent walking around the place, hanging out with my friends, meeting new people and drink some beer at the bar. Also hanged around the gaming room with all kind of video games. This year they had a actual Famicom. I had only seen pictures of it before and now I took the chance and try it out.
There where some events I went to. On saturday I went to the Maid Café that they had around the bar area. Ordered some coffee, donuts and wasabi nuts.
Later that day, some of us attendees went outside to try some fermented herring. The smell was bad, but the fish was good.
Before any one asks, yes, I did some fursuiting during the con. I brought with me my sabercat Raze and I fursuited atleast four times. Once on Wednesday, once on Friday and twice on Saturday. Took part of the fursuit parade which is a must for me and I also bought a new collar from the dealer´s den and wore it during Saturday.
Must not forget... I also went to some room parties. On Wednesday, my friends and I got drunk on Minttu and other strong liquors. On Thursday, I uhmm... don´t want to go to any specific detail, but atleast some people had "fun" that night.
Lastly on Saturday, I went to the party wing of the hotel that was on the same floor where my room was. The party at room 940 was arranged by people from the Sveafur forums and welcomed anyone that wanted a good time.
And that was my trip to this years Nordicfuzzcon. Now I`m going to sit down and plan for other convention travels.
