Working on Vore Boss Battles update
Hello loyal readers!
After a lengthy hiatus from Vore Game updates, I've decided to work on another content update.
Unfortunately, I am going to abandon the Single Character Mode that I wanted to do. I'd be able to reuse some code, but in many respects I'd have to create a whole new game. In comparison, adding bosses and other small features is much easier to do, so I'm going to stick with that.
Since I am feeling inspired, now is your best chance to suggest any of the following:
1. I've added a character name/gender/species randomizer. Name and gender are paired; species is a separate roll. Are there any names or species you would like to have added?
2. Are there any new classes you might like to see? What are their abilities (up to 6)?
3. If you'd like to contribute any bosses, the same rules apply as before. I need to have text for at least an intro, outro (defeat or victory), and any attacks they do. Since characters are still able to fight at 0 HP, a boss needs at least one way to "finish off" a zero-HP character.
4. Anything else you'd like to see as far as "quality of life" improvements go?
Regardless of any suggestions, I'm cooking up a boss of my own creation. I expect him to appeal to nobody except me, but eh... c'est la vie.

I don't think I have any of those names already, so in they go. Poof!
If you'd like to contribute another boss, you may. The one I'm working on will probably be done this weekend, so that's when I'd even start thinking about adding another.
Anyhow, that's awesome! I can't wait to see what you're cooking up. I'm sure everyone will really devour it. (Please, shoot me.)
For the boss I'm working on, I've went with a Dracolich this time- skeletal/zombie dragon with a soul-vore theme. Here's the working description for him! (Not quite finished with him, so I can't say whether or not this will make it into my final rough draft):
A huge skeletal beast looms before you, his bony jaws twisted in a malicious grin. A black, mist like substance fills the cracks and spaces in his skeleton, giving him a false semblance of life. A long row of spines run down from the nape of his neck to the tip of his tale, which catches your attention as he sits back on his haunches, a deadly blade tipping it as it comes to a whip-thin end. Green fire crackles in his jaws, spilling out in wisps of flame as he speaks.
“Come to slay me, I see?” The huge dracolich laughs, a dark and raspy sound, like bone grating on steel. Shadows dance around his chamber, casting monstrous figures on the walls, fingers grasping for you. The skeletal monster spreads his huge wings, eyes focusing in on you. They’re nothing but bony sockets, twin orbs of green flame dancing inside.
“I enjoy your bravado. Perhaps this will be an interesting diversion. But for now- let us take the brilliant strategist… out of the equation.” The monstrous dragon laughs once more, and looks into your eyes with his own. Almost at once, you feel yourself falling, falling, falling into a sea of green fire, your heart and soul spinning and twisting in an ocean of green fire. You dimly hear your friends yell out in concern, but can’t see them. There is only the flame, and the flame is you. The last thing you hear before you fall prey to the dragon’s influence is their battle-cries as they charge to your rescue.
But! This may work to our mutual advantage. I haven't really written much in the way of text at all. Mostly placeholders aside from reacting to stun grenade usage. I've been focusing on the code mechanics instead.
If you'd like to contribute anything, I'd absolutely use it. Anything you don't send, I'll fill in myself.
Stand by, I'll send you a note with some of the ideas I had for combat mechanics.
