all new GPUs come with driver disks, but some second hand ones might not, but they usually say on the buying page. You can usually get the drivers off either the NVidia or AMD website, depending on the card

I wont have an optical drive so I'll have to download them

There is cheap USB optical drives you can get, I use one because my case doesn't have one either. What case is it btw?

Its a Phanteks Eclipse P400 ATX mid tower case, but I can go to the manufacturer's site and download the latest drivers

Yeah just search up your graphic's card and you should be able to find the correct drivers! I think both NVIDIA and AMD have their own program too (I know NVIDIA does at least) which makes the job easier.

Windows 10 have it's own antivirus installed with OS and it's great.

Building PCs is pretty easy, just slot everything into the ports they fit in.

After you successfully boot the machine and configure the BIOS, you can insert your Windows 10 media and install.

Your motherboard and graphics card will come with driver discs, but don't be surprised if they're already outdated, run Windows Update to be safe.

Your antivirus should be the first program you install, just in case any downloads you click have been "poisoned".

Yes you can.

In most cases driver installation will come after installing the OS, if a driver is needed during the installation process you will be prompted for it.

Keeping a hand or arm on the metal of the case/power supply will have the same effect if you can't find one in time. ;3

Windows 10 is spyware OS so you might want to return it and get Windows 7 instead.

Most of that data mining can be disabled during setup by selecting "Customize" instead of "Use Express Settings."
