What if dragons gave birth to live young instead of eggs?

To make them more intelligent.
A limiting factor to reptile intelligence is the limited amount of energy in the egg as the young is growing and evolving.
But if they gave birth to live young like mammals. Would give it a chance to grow a bigger brain and be more intelligent.
Then ofcourse depening on dragon anatomy. Horns and wings.
Horns ofcourse would not have grown inside the mother. wings maybe small and flexible. like bats.
And if they gave birth to live young they would not be stuck inside eggs for the risk of predators eating the eggs.
Live ones could learn to walk or ride the mother or father if he is around and protect the young

And several reptiles do give live birth.

one of reasons humans (and some mammals) can evolve and learn more is because an egg has only a limited amount of "food" for the embryo to develop large brains.
As for birth if they gave live birth well brain development can easily occur outside the egg and be induced through certain enzymes to compensate for the limited supply in the egg so you don't really need to worry about brain development so long as diet is taken as a factor but overall yes horns wings and many other feature would be highly reduced for a live birth also dragons would spend longer periods protecting the young due to such a birth
