Just here to apologise as I've had two setbacks this week. One was the irreversibly corrupted file of a finished 4 character commission that i've had to practically start over, and the second is a family emergency. I am working as hard as i can to catch up but please understand that a chunk of my time will be spent away from work checking up on a relative this week.
If any commissioners have concerns at ALL please email me, I always have my phone or ipad with me if i'm not at my desk. Progress is still being made. There shouldn't be huge delays but this has set me back quite a bit from where I planned.
When it rains it pours, eh?

and I feel with you about the destroyed file. hasn't happen it to me but I witnessed photoshop destroying a file of 9 hours of work while saving live on a stream... not pleasant.
not to get on your nerves, but it seems one must change the file name from time to time when saving steps. thus at least not all of the work is lost.
