Hello! What are some good sites for making custom merch?

General
first of all if you went to furnal equinox this year I was also there but I was REALLY undercover just to test the waters... (i was wearing a black jacket and a backpack with a big rottie face on it) needless to say I will be seeing you guys at FE every year for sure, and possibly other cons, but I gotta get started <3
I wanted to make some custom lanyards similar to this but I can't find any when i search on google?
Also any sites that can do mass printing for cheap and great quality; I'm looking for quality and affordability... I don't rreally want to be making merch on standard t-shirts and would prefer different styles of custom clothing as well; are there any sites for that? Or custom embroidered hats?
Thanks for any help with this!
PS i want to avoid sites like redbubble/society6/threadless as I find their quality is somewhat lacking at times

Seeing as you'd like to stay away from RB you might want to look into spreadshirt.
I've not heard any bad things about them in the research I did a while ago.
Edit: Here's a link https://www.spreadshirt.com
www.zazzle.com
www.cafepress.com
www.teespring.com
If you have the space and mental stamina to store, package, and ship your own inventory, and the money to afford the production of it (or the fanbase willing to preorder/kickstart and cover it), RedBubble, S6, etc really aren't worth it. You can set your own profit margins on some of them, but you have to keep them abysmally small to keep your prices competitive. I make less than $5 per product sold on RB.
Basically, you're paying RedBubble to do the legwork for you, and they take their cut out before you get yours. Which is a perfectly fair business model, and it works better for some people who can't do the stocking and shipping themselves, for whatever reason. But if you can, you're kind of cheating yourself out of potentially a lot of money.
(Generally speaking; mileage may vary)
I agree with you on the redbubble thing which is why I personally wanted to avoid it :P
I'm sure that you will do your best, and for sure your fans will be looking after your artistic creations! x3

QwQ Poof loves you!
They are, however, pricey.
I can recommend a local place, to me: holyshirt.com
Good customer service, wide range of products, and nice quality.
My rugby team has gotten shirts from them before and they turned out really well.
customink.com is also a decent place; big selection of products, easy to use, no minimum.
The price per item scales, however, to how many you're printing. (Print more, the cost per item is less.)
I've gone through them for shirts for both work and sports teams in high school.
Hope some of that helps! :D
(WITHOUT EVEN TAKING BACK THE OTHER ONE, WOW)
that, plus the consistent quality and options and sales has made it my go-to merch site~
