Thanks, 4th is the best time of year, because they don't arrest you for using sparklers! only firecracker, those things u put on trees that spin, big one that shoot wy into the sky (love those)... etc. lol AND im in the country! sparklers are illegal in the whole entire NY state, due to the4 fact that some moron lit one in THE BOTTOM FLOOR OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING... xD that so moronic its funny!
