Paint Tool Sai and OC 4.5/CG Illust

Well I've found out that my old art programs aren't compatible with Vista (mutter) And as such I have to pay up now. Not too big a problem, but I'm curious as to some input.
Using Sai on the demo timer, SAI seems really really floaty and I'm not too huge a fan of it's UI. It does seem to offer a few options that OC/CG Illust don't though.
And if anyone knows a third program let me know. Otherwise, any input on either program would be good

Also, the only copy of OC I have is v1.1, the version that allows you to create over the interwebs with others, so I'm not sure if you'd want that, but I have it too :)
