Pokemon Discoloration Help?

So I was training with my new Litten when a "violet" Yungoos appeared?!
At first I thought it was the normal color since I never really got to fight that species that much (I got Moon) and I found it weird but when it called for help the Yungoos was yellow?? Was this a glitch

Then I remembered that my brother played with the 3DS and I thought maybe he messed with it.I got scared and restarted the game and thankfully, the Yungoos that appeared for the next battles were yellow.
But, the next day, the purple Yungoos came back as a help for the first Yungoos. http://imgur.com/kwIN338
I am so scared rn and what should I do to fix this.I am just sharing if anyone's got the same problem.

shinies are very rare and only appear after too many battle encounters~
there is no worries, they´re the same pokemon and only the color is different
Oh well, good thing I kept the second one.
pokemon you encounter or hatch by breeding also have a chance to be shiny
there are many means to obtain pokemon you like in these shiny form
spoiler, Shiny is ONLY COSMETIC!
no benefits what so ever.
