Thanks for the reply but I'm going to pass on this one. I don't feel like going up against other popular macros who have tons of free time to post stuff on twitter. Me being a bit asocial will probably not stand a chance. However, if you ever want to get a dual commission feel free to send me a note, I definitely won't object and would be honored to do so.

Murrrrrrr if only all these macro furs could win.

I kinda got to give  simply-awatcher a point there, having only the names displayed like this caters to already popular characters. And especially people where their FA-Profile's name is not the same as the character's. But I mean hey, free raffle like thingie, maybe just an advice for next time, to try and let people vote on pictures of the characters.

If this was five years ago I would have agreed with you but I managed to establish myself without having my characters name, as my username and I seem to be doing just fine.

If I were to do that then the next complaint would be something like "People who have good art are getting all the votes! People who have established characters or drawn by established artist are winning"

Most of the people who entered barely have pics for proof or ones that have no money to spend 100-300 bucks on pics from established artist. Some people draw their own art.

My point is no matter which why you spin this someone is gonna lose. This is why I said to campaign. Most of the people who entered are people willing to put themselves out there. They're campaigning on journals and Twitter, linking people back to the votes.

Everyone has a fan base, I suggest you use them. If you don't whats stopping you? I had 3 followers with no content for years. I'm no popfur but I build myself up to the point I'm in now. It took sometime to get where I'm at but it's possible.

Besides you wanna waste the data on 47 pics?

Yes, people are always gonna complain, and no, you cannot remedy the advantage someone has, who can drop hundreds of dollars on art. That's just not realistic.

All I'm saying is that it's not a lotta work to downsize and throw the pics you got linked into a PDF file and provide that for download, next to your list of names. Maybe add numbers so the pictures are more easily identified with the name on the list.

That way voters might even find new characters they didn't know before and look them up on FA. Nobody's gonna take a name from your list and say "Oooh, I'mma look that one up!"

But yees, yes, I understand your interest to have people repost your project again and again. I'm not gonna get into an argument on how to make a name for yourself.

That dose sound like a lot of work.

I work a lot with over time so that's not going to happen. Having a list of anything is still a list. If I were to do that you'll say something like

"Everyone knows that blue macro! He's everywhere lately!"

So no.

People on Twitter were campaigning​ for votes and even got their friends involved. Why? Because they type their names!

After seeing how you react to sincere, constructive criticism, I don't think I'd be comfortable showing up in a pic with you. I want to revoke all legitimation you had to include me in any of your pics and yes, please do remove my entry from your polls.
