Finally, it's open)
At first, i was thinking about slot system.
But now i decide to see, how many people want commission from me at this moment (and, of course, can pay for it)

Technical paypal issue ...
If I ask you for a commission, how much time I have to sendthe payment?
I hope they'll fix the issue soon, but still.
But, in some "critical situations", i can wait 3-4 days
You'll be open for commissions for how long? Do you know?
Maybe I can wait the paypal issue to be fixed and then commission you (and be able to pay immediately).
But if at this point your commissions just closed, I will be very sad

(or you have viewers with no taste, but this is impossible, they necessarely have good ones if they're watching you)

I'm from France.
I have saveral invoice from Russia I can't pay at all from now, and one from Norway, everything else work fine (US, France, Italy, UK, etc ...)
Paypal hotline can't help me, they said my account is perfectly fine and I should be able to sent payment to Russia like every other country with no problem.
But despite that, it don't work, so I'm pretty sur it's a technical issue
I insisted, the people on phone talked to her manager, and told me it was blocked automatically by paypal security system and they can't do anything about that, they can't force the payment if the system don't want.
I asked why it was for ALL RUSSIAN ARTISTS I try to pay, not just one single account, she spoke to her manager again, then told me sone websites or even COUNTRIES are blacklisted by this system.
And you know what?
She told me Russia was in it, since few days only.
I hate them ...
