Overdue Electric Bill- I'll be gone for a while

We had a payment plan set up, and we had the money for it, but I guess the guy came and disconnected us before we got a chance to drive over and pay it.
Since they disconnected us, we can't do another payment plan and have to pay at least $450 to get our power turned back on.
I'm posting this from my phone with a friends wifi. I won't be around or working until we figure this out.. I'm so sorry guys. :c
