Stress relief!

I'm here to talk about ways I relief stress!!
#1 occupy yourself with something else... like video games or cooking or going for a walk!
#2 try to stay positive.
Even tho a situation is stressful try to stay positive. No matter how hard it gets do your best !
#3 take a nap. Naps are good because you can get over worked, stay up way to late stressing.
#4 try to ignore the sorce. I know it's hard. But at least try. You can't always ignore the sorce but you can definallty try to forget about it for a little while
#5 if your like me, you get very stressed and you have panic attacks of sorts just lay down and hold a pillow. Breathe deeply and try to relax. Breathing is definallty the key to it
#6Talk to someone you trust. Maybe get advice, another person's opinion defiantly is good from an outside point of view. Even if your stressed about school or work!
#7 don't let it get to you!
This is probably one of the hardest things... but if you can manage to understand why it's happening, you can definallty come to probable understanding
#8 take a bubble bath
Even if your a guy you should try taking a salt bath with some bubbles! The salt will relax your muscles along with the warmth of the water
#9 do some art... I can't do art when I'm stressed but I'm sure someone gets some relief by drawing!
And lastly
#10 known your not alone. Everyone has stress in there life at some point and know that you have people who support you no matter what the case is. You can make it threw! Make peace with your demon's and try to be positive..
