A change in perspective is always nice!
I want to know what sorts of TF YCHs you'd like to see!
I'm currently working on some YCHs for preset species (For example Your character to a werewolf
where the werewolfs mostly drawn aside from some features that carry over to your character)
but I need to know what sorts of species, and catalysts you guys would want to see from me.
I've got a big list Here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/8166250/ but I'd like some feedback
on what should take priority.
Who knows I could even do theme months since I've always wanted to draw a series for Final Fantasy Monsters or even Metroid alien TFs.
Let me know what you think!

That being said, I really enjoy a great majority of the catalysts you've presented in your linked list. I was going to write out some of my favorites, but there were just too many good ones to narrow that list down. I'll just say I like big animals (or small animals with big characteristics) in my transformations. (But really for me, anything goes.)
Also animal skins. In some older version of werewolf mythology one wasn't turned by being bitten, but by putting on a wolf's pelt, which then cursed to wearer to transform, either each night or during each full moon. Vaguely similar in concept to swan maidens and selkies removing their animal skins like coats to become human, an animal skin transforming a person can be used for any animal really; it's a fun concept to see visually; and you could include little conceits, like maybe the skin/pelt remaining semi-conscious, and snarling or crooning to coax or coerce the human into obeying.
I love old fantasy and magical concepts, especially fictional magic that holds elements either of gothicism or spiritual paganism/nature worship, so the idea of ancient trees or eerie wooded clearings inherently holding some transformative power, whether benevolent or malevolent, also appeals to me personally, though idk about anyone else on that matter.
