I will try and sort it out as soon as I can but right now I'm putting things on hold until I get this fixed.
I'm so angry and can't express how upset this made me, I'm not usually one for saying how I feel but losing all of my work is one of the worst feelings.
I will keep everyone up to date in hope that it can be fixed and if not then either refunds will be given or I will redo the whole piece.

One of the reason why I hate computers and technology in general, it makes us so dependent while it is so unreliable... I'm so sorry you have to deal with that, courage to you.
