As a Trixie fan, what did you think of her appearances in Season 7 so far?
Excited to see her around more often?

How did you like getting to see Celestia for a large part of an episode, instead of a brief appearance?
Who else needs to have this happen to them? (perhaps something akin to Slice of Life, but with more of a focus on a single particular character at a time.)

I liked her in the first episode, but she was quite annoying in the second.
Of course. Trixie's been a vastly underused character, and I'm glad that they finally realized that.

We'll see Chryssy again. IDK if it will be this season, but we'll see her again.

I'd like to see him get an episode that makes him shine.

I love that they FINALLY let Celestia have a big roll in an episode.
I'd like to see, like I mentioned above, Spike get an episode. Cadence and Shining armor diserve one too. And of course, Thorax.

Yeah, I get that. They made Trixie be "that annoying friend" for the plot. But I think they did it without being too mean.
I hope they've realized that too.

I kinda wonder if it will be this new movie they've got in the works or if you're right and that it'll be in a future season... (we've waited a while for her to show up again since season 2's finale.)

As much as I wished the episode was More about Celestia, I did love that she got to have a large role in an episode for once.

I get the feeling that the new parents of Cadence & Shining Armor are going to get an episode focusing on them.
Either dealing with their baby or having to go do something while asking Twilight or somepony (or dragon) else to babysit her.

Did you also like Thorax's (and the rest of the Changelings') transformation? I know that it's divided. I particularly like them.

I was making a joke about how Spike was literally glowing... But yes, I too want to see Spike excel at things instead of being lame or being a punching bag. (and hopefully Rarity treats him better instead of taking advantage of his feelings for her)

Probably the first episode where she had a significant appearance was actually the episode I think is the worst, A Bird in the Hoof.
Other episodes were equally focusing on the other princesses or Celestia warning or telling Twilight about the big new villain.

I agree. One of the big things that I didn't like about rarity for a long time was how she took advantage of spike.

Yeah, while I love both Spike and Rarity, that's something that has bugged me a little, as I wouldn't want to be in Spike's proverbial shoes.

Have you read the books or seen the movies of: Watership Down, The Plague Dogs, Felidae?

No I haven't.

Think you'll like Watership Down. It has a good plot; the book is well-written; the voice acting in the movie is stellar; there are great characters. I've been reading the 40th Anniversary Edition of the book. Been considering to get the book Felidae. I've watched the movie, both the German version and the English version (it's based on a German book). The plot and animation are solid; it has a great character; the gruesome moments were more heart-sinking than scary to me. I haven't seen The Plague Dogs, but I've sort of been meaning to.

Was Felidae the one where the cat is trying to solve the murders of local cats in gruesome detail? If so, I think I saw it in a furry livestream.

Yeah, that's the one. And it inspired a painting of mine.

I have watched all three, but SVU is my favorite. The ION channel has a marathon of the episodes all day long on Saturdays, so quite often i'll sit there and watch them for a few hours.
