From the desk of Pat Thundersnow, here is today's news and weather.
Ask me whatever you want :)
Excited to see her around more often?
Do you think Queen Chrysalis will make another return this season to enact her revenge?
What would you want to see Spike doing this season?
How did you like getting to see Celestia for a large part of an episode, instead of a brief appearance?
Who else needs to have this happen to them? (perhaps something akin to Slice of Life, but with more of a focus on a single particular character at a time.)
Of course. Trixie's been a vastly underused character, and I'm glad that they finally realized that.
We'll see Chryssy again. IDK if it will be this season, but we'll see her again.
I'd like to see him get an episode that makes him shine.
I love that they FINALLY let Celestia have a big roll in an episode.
I'd like to see, like I mentioned above, Spike get an episode. Cadence and Shining armor diserve one too. And of course, Thorax.
I hope they've realized that too.
I kinda wonder if it will be this new movie they've got in the works or if you're right and that it'll be in a future season... (we've waited a while for her to show up again since season 2's finale.)
But... didn't Spike shine in Gauntlet of Fire? ^_^
Agreed. More positive Spike episodes, less abusing him for the lolz.
As much as I wished the episode was More about Celestia, I did love that she got to have a large role in an episode for once.
I get the feeling that the new parents of Cadence & Shining Armor are going to get an episode focusing on them.
Either dealing with their baby or having to go do something while asking Twilight or somepony (or dragon) else to babysit her.
Did you also like Thorax's (and the rest of the Changelings') transformation? I know that it's divided. I particularly like them.
I hope we get more of him as well. (That imagine spot of Twilight with him and Starlight was rather cute and funny)
yeah.
I'm pretty sure she won't be in the movie, with the new villain being in it.
Yes, but I'd like more moments where Spike shines.
Exactly.
I agree with that. I'm pretty sure this is the first time that she's gotten that kind of time on an episode.
We shall see.
Twilight baby sitting episode is actually this weekend's new episode.
I like them too. It may be a big change, but we'll get used to it.
Thorax is a integral character now. I'm pretty sure we'll see him a lot.
OH? Someone knows spoilers about the movie...
Alrighty then, thanks for not giving too much away.
I was making a joke about how Spike was literally glowing... But yes, I too want to see Spike excel at things instead of being lame or being a punching bag. (and hopefully Rarity treats him better instead of taking advantage of his feelings for her)
Probably the first episode where she had a significant appearance was actually the episode I think is the worst, A Bird in the Hoof.
Other episodes were equally focusing on the other princesses or Celestia warning or telling Twilight about the big new villain.
Oh yeah? I guessed/predicted that correctly? Neat. I hope Pinkie Pie has to give Twi some advice from her experience with the Cake Twins.
I hope so. He seems like a really fun character.
Some don't like the bright array of colors, but *I* think it's fitting for MLP.
I know EVERYTHING about the movie that Hasbro has released thus far. I will tell you that Kirstin Chenowith and Liev Schreiber are two of the actors in it.
I agree. One of the big things that I didn't like about rarity for a long time was how she took advantage of spike.
I dispise A Bird in the Hoof.
I'd just like some sort of flashback to when the princesses where young themselves.
Yup.
After all, the object of MLP is to sell pastel colored toy ponies.
I've heard of those names before, but can't say I know who they are per say... But cool that they were able to get some bigger names to be in it.
Yeah, while I love both Spike and Rarity, that's something that has bugged me a little, as I wouldn't want to be in Spike's proverbial shoes.
Glad I'm not alone in that, since it's pretty much the only episodes I can't stand.
While that Would be nice to see, I have my doubts that they'll show anything of the royal sisters when they were fillies.
Candy-colored talking horse show.
Kirstin Chenoweth is best known for her roll as Glinda in the broadway version of Wicked. Liev Schreiber does more... adult type movies (thrillers and scary movies)
Exactly.
There's actually a couple others I can't stand.
It probably will never happen. They'd have to put Starswirl into the series at that point.
Pretty much.
