Great, now what?

Since my last journal things at work have deteriorated to the point of being unsalvageable.
After speaking to HR about my desire to move departments, I've been written up (for things I didn't do) and barred from doing EMT work. Manager refused to answer my emails, even with HR copied on them. Tried to communicate these issues and prove I'm being singled out and harassed. Then in my next meeting with HR, they told me they saw nothing retaliatory about these actions, and I was accused, right after, of timecard fraud. For three discrepancies, going back to December, that can be attributed to technical issues. So I said "fuck this place" and put in my two weeks' notice on Thursday.
So I'm about to be jobless, but it's better than taking abuse from my manager. But I certainly didn't anticipate having to completely jump ship, and had/have no plans in place for future employment. So... fuck.
On the upside, I got a Switch not long after my last journal. So I got that going for me, which is nice.

Yeah it sucks not having a job, but a positive working environment is pretty crucial to not hating life. :z
I don't like what I do very much, but my co-workers are nice as hell and make every day funny even when doing very mundane stuff all day. None of them are really under the age of 45-50 except Amanda, and I don't relate to them at all... but they still all make me happy because they are always just... nice people.
If I worked with people I didn't get along with, I couldn't do my job, because I have to call back and forth, sit next to them etc. And it's already really boring... And it'd be pretty fricken terrible. ._.
If you like music, maybe check around if local music stores are hiring? Generally salespeople there are nice and it's something you enjoy. I've known several owners and employees back when I was in a band and all of them were great people.
Either way, best of luck to you.
