So i went in on monday at 5:00pm est when i was suppose to start and first thing i get is the general manager wanting to talk to me. i work for wendy's and the general manager there is rude, disrespectful, doesn't know how to do her job, has no social skills at all and blames one person for everything (me).

So she said to me why was there meat thrown away and i told her i accidently dropped it on the floor and i wasn't gonna wash it off, she said to me as if not listeing to me that there is 1lb of meat missing every week which leads to a box of meat which costs $80.00 a month. i'm like yeah and i aint the only one doing the grill also so don't blame me for something i never done. Well she starts telling all the managers and i believe she thinks i am stealing and the other managers knows every night i work i chop that meat for chili meat and always put it in the fridge for the chili the next day. Well so my day was terrible i went the whole day not talking to anybody then the manager questioned me if i was ok knowing that he was talked to about me by the general manager. I started to tear up because i never done anything like that and the general manager blames me for it when i do everything i stock, i clean the grill, cook on the grill, clean the filters, coordinate when needed, even make sandwhiches aswell. I wanted to walk out today but i couldn't just leave the others there to deal with the rush so i stayed because of the others not for the general manager. on top of that one person before we even closed walked out and never came back.

I feel as if i am a worthless peice of shit that people seem to just blame everything on and think can get away with it. and also the general manager mentioned something about stealing and i was like all i take is water or sweet tea and drink as prior to what she told us we can have that is it. i never take anything else and it is tearing me up with so much stress right now.
