Yeah youget that for like 12 hours and then your mom comes around to tell you "you rlly need to lose weight... its unhealthy... (90kg / 200lbs at 180cm/ 5'11)...but i still love you"
Then you cry because you have never been able to lose weight and you were just motivated enough to try again... but then it all got crushed.
You look at yourself in the mirror and just see yourself 10 times heavier than before
You look at your legs and realize how fat they are, that your lower leg is the size of what your upper leg is supposed to be...
You feel like you have a double or triple chin
Every inch of fat makes you feel worthless...
I cant go running / exercise much. Im in school from 6am til 5pm and then i have homework to do.
My hypothyroidism fucks me over.
I am fat and ugly, my weight is unhealthy and i should be ashamed of how ive never lost weight.

My mom was the same way to me and pushed me down more times then i can count. I've still lost no weight, and continue to gain it, but my husband has been encouraging me, and loving me, even through my hate. If you have someone like that hold them close. If you can't see them, they are out there i promise. If you do what you can, always be proud of every step <3
So I would say this, be proud of yourself and work hard to be pretty in your own eyes not in anyone elses. What others think of you is unimportant unless you make it important. However I imagine you'll likely just roll your eyes and say that that doesn't help. So on a more practical note, perhaps an indoor cycling machine would help? I've heard you can get a lot of exercise in a very short time on those once you get your body trained for it. Also perhaps some of the exercise furs on here could give you some tips and advice for ways you can tone yourself down more effectively given your time limit?
Regardless, I hope you can find strength in yourself either from your own fortitude or from those of us who believe in you :)

especially because shes the one who starved herself to be skinny because she also has hypothyroidism, but keeps telling me that it cant be that illness because im taking the pills for it.
hyperthyroidism is a thing to, but its the opposite. your thyroid works too much then xD sry for this one but i just had to
I've had the condition since i was born. because my mom gave it to me. without checking until i was 6
but also i rlly want to lose weight and i was pretty motivated to try harder to do so. now i just dont want to do anything anymore. and that makes me even more mad because by telling me i "need" to lose weight she achieves the opposite
and its the same with so many situations
school, work, anything i have to do in general
All I can suggest at that point is to trudge through it. Keep going until it gets better. Because in the end that's really all you can do. Keep going day by day and hope it starts feeling better, or let it eat at you.
Not to say breaks can't help though if that what you think you need. But if its more of a long term thing. *shrugs* All we can do is to keep trying.
Just try Your best, and don't be such a strict judge. People have problems like this all around. I have a lot of overweight friends. they can't loose weight, either to diabetes or just becasue they don't have the time to excersize that much.
Soon You will be out of school and will be able to do more of what You want with Your free time and excersize and all! Just try to smile and not hate Yourself! It's really not that hard :) You're in this body for the rest of Your live, You need to comunicate with it and learn to work with it, just the way it is~!
