Commissioning me.

Hi, seems like you've found your way into my commissioning page and are willing to commission me to draw you stuff. That's cool, and I'd like to help out with that.
All commissioned pieces belong to me, special permissions to repost/alter/replicate the art piece must be requested before doing so. Prices are final and can be refunded under certain circumstance and must be before the commencement of its progress. Please read more below for more rules.
-Availability will be made clear in my FA page's Profile info.
-All payments are to be made in USD.
-All payments are to be made through Paypal or on my Commiss.io's Stripe payment (preferrably Paypal). Payments can be segmented (pay a portion first, pay the rest later. Especially for commissions paying over $50).
-Usually, I'd ask for payment upfront before commission has started. Should a commission involve shading, I'll do a sketch before I ask for payment.
-Work will be assessed by the commissioner so as to ensure quality. As said above, prices are final and are expected to be paid once given the greenlight to continue.
-As a content creator, I reserve the right to deny and dismiss any commission request I deem unacceptable or uncomfortable.
-Follow instructions on my Commiss.io.
-Ensure your commission request on the note has the following
-Description of commission
-Type of Commission
-References (If any, strongly recommended)
-Suggestions (Including price estimate)
-Hope that my lazy ass will check the damn notes every once in awhile.
-I'll respond with further instructions

-Payment (Can be done before or after commission, or in segments.)

-Reposting and Altering
Absolutely NO reposting of my art without permission. It's just a simple message to me. I'd usually accept it. Ain't too hard, right? Altering requires permission too, except that altering refers to resizing, cropping, filtering and value adjustment. Copying and blatant plagiarism is a prohibited. The sale involving my art is prohibited as well.
After some thought, I have allowed coloring of any uncolored piece I have. Still, no recolors, people.
-Replication
My art can be used as reference in personal work, even tracing. However, it's just that, for personal use. No form of replication to be used other for personal use is allowed.
-All rights belong to their respective owners. Commission art belongs to me, obviously.
-Commissioner has access to all files and assets used in the creation of the commission.
-When allowed to be reposted, ensure a direct link is used to credit the source.
