I offer art to anyone willing to fix my problems with connection while running GuildWars2. I'm serious, I wont do it by myself -_-'. I think it was two months now and it still happen from time to time.
I found some huge ass trouble shooting guide but I really don't feel in the mood for learning IT stuff now.

-What Operating System do you use? 32-bit or 64-bit?
-Wired or Wireless Internet?
-Did anything change before it started to happen?
Win 7 64-bit
wireless, it tends to have problems but even when everything else works, the game still disconnects
I don't think so... what kind of things could affect this?
one of the errors that pops up http://orig07.deviantart.net/7eed/f.....ri-db8gbkp.png
-Open up Device Manager and go in Network Adapters, check what wireless card you use and let me know.
-Do you play any other online games and do they have any problems?
-A Windows update or driver update could have changed something around.

The card, I was looking at this and hardly could get any information becasue there's like 5 possible o_O. Tried reinstaling the drivers once, I think it worked, but after a reboot was back to it's usual problems http://orig03.deviantart.net/86d5/f.....ri-db8gefa.png I have no idea which one I actually use.
It's the only online game I play.
Windows updates happen by itself, there might have been one or two, but driver update... rather not.
Here are your wireless NIC drivers: http://12244.wpc.azureedge.net/8012......0419.2013.zip
Extract and run the setup file in there.
Restart your computer, run GW2 and see if it problem is resolved.. if not, we may need to peek in your router/modem settings or even your Windows firewall settings.
Type out the following:
netsh advfirewall reset
netsh int ip reset reset.txt
netsh winsock reset
netsh advfirewall reset
Then restart your computer and try again
Still broken =_='
I flushed dns too, I forgot I haven't done that before.
Do this for me:
-Click the "Start" button
-Select "Run" (not required for Windows 7)
-Enter the path to the GW2.exe in quotes followed by -diag (it should be something like this: "...\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe" -diag
-Click OK.
It should create a NetworkDiag.log file, which can be located here: C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Guild Wars
Go to www.pastebin.com and copy everything in NetworkDiag.log and paste it there, then give me the Pastebin link.
It's in polish without half of the polish fonts, tell me if you need some help with translation :P Or change the system language or something and do it again?
But more seriously, a couple things: First, FA notes are not secure, and have been leaked before. Even email would be more secure, and it's not (sans GPG or similar anyway). And of course, any info you give out which gives access to your router should be changed as soon as you're done--I'm sure Crossfox is a fine fellow and I have no reason to believe otherwise, but especially after sending it over notes or email, it's best to consider it as no longer secret.
Second, it could well be flakey hardware. I have a wifi router which was fine for a few years, then sometimes it would stop accessing only certain specific sites, which looks similar to your issue from what I saw. In my case, connecting to the same router via ethernet works fine, and rebooting the router fixes the issue temporarily. Hooking your computer up via ethernet as Shilven suggested, would at least test whether it's a wifi-specific problem or not.
Yea, I heard about that before, but we haven't shared anything like that via FA notes... I will ask him just in case. Thanks for the comment, I'm a total noob with this stuff.
I will remember for the future. We looked very closely at this issue with Cross and we solved it. It seems like it was some software issues.
Yep, using a cable would just be the ultimate resolution. The problem is it would create a serious trip hazard across half of my flat, that's why I insist on Wifi so much :P
