Hi Hi all
I'd just like to say that for the first time in years... I mean it for the first time in more years then I can remember I went into my doctors office and didn't need the lard ass adjustment fro the scale...
for those of you not in the know if you are over a certain wieght in order to get your own wieght you have to add a small wieght to the measuring arm. So on Monday I didn't need to do that... I'm 347 pounds now I've got a ways to go but damn thats so cool
