So I had finally decided to take the plunge when I heard about how interactive everyone was on FA, and that even though it functions similar to DA it's got less of a thieving/coercion of artists problem. And so far? I can definitely confirm, I had left DA some time ago because there were so many problems with art theft and a pretty toxic atmosphere between artists, but here? I haven't experienced any of those things, and normally I see signs of it in barely a few days of activity.

I know that these things ARE still here, but it's nowhere near as rampant. And just as important there's more care for artists here, and in turn it's easier to support them! I'm so excited to be able to see artists getting paid for their work and to be able to easily find artist to commission etc. So many of my faves are on this site too, I hope to be able to support artists as long as I'm on this site <3

And to those who are already supporting me even though I'm a new artist here and haven't gotten the chance to post much thank you so much!! I've got to finish a painting comm from tumblr but when that's done I'm going to shift my focus from other sites to this one! It's honestly one of my faves so far, twitter can be overwhelming, tumblr can be. . .tumblr, and I already explained DA.
