COMING DOWN THE PIKE!!

an update on projects I am working on
Has it really been a month since my last post!?
Well lets see the story is still moving along, though slower than I had hoped due to time restraints. If anyone figures out this whole space time continuum thing and can add about 6 hours to my day without me collapsing from burn out I would greatly appreciate it.:-P
Warfare template has been completed and will begin working on a few rough costume designs in the near future.
Siren's bio has been started: and hopefully I will get some time to work on a proper character reference pic for her.
I have also stepped out of my comfort zone and bought a watcom tablet and grabbed a more advanced digital art program than paint, Krita. Usually all my work in the past was drawn traditionally pencil/pen and paper then scanned and cleaned up in paint, but people keep telling me going this route will save me time and energy once I figure out the learning curve and get used to not looking at my hand when drawing. Thankfully I have always had really good hand eye coordination
(SEE THAT!? In your eye all you people that said video games are no good for you my hand eye coordination rocks from it!)
Anyway.... there is still quite the learning curve in every aspect of doing art this way. It really feels like I am starting from scratch.... again. I don't think I will be using the program for much more than color and as I get better shading and lighting until I can get a handle on things. Besides, there is something special (for me at least) just to have the feel of paper under your pencil.
Stay tuned I promise I will release some pictures of my own work and or sections of the story in the very near future.
