You can do it!

When you feel like your art doesn't look good anymore, it means that your eye has moved beyond your skill a little bit: this sounds bad, but it isn't, it actually makes your art better! Your art is awesome and I know you've got this! Maybe try out taking on some new tutorials or trying out a new technique. Sometimes that helps me with my art block =) Hope you feel better soon!

To be honest, I think like someone else mentioned, you've gotten so good where it might seem like your not getting anywhere. Meanwhile, your impressing and doing nice work.
Heck, I'll be totally honest, that last one you posted, the chubby foxy character, is not my cup of tea, but I actually saved it because I found it to be gorgeous and well done.

Sorry you've been dealing with health issues, that is never fun, and you have my sympathies.
As well for the artist's block, it may not be exactly the same, but writer's block is just..well quite similiar and I know how it sucks to get "the block" period.

Hope things are getting much better and I look forward to seeing what you come up with next, new base or not!
