Looking for Comfort. (crisis venting)

I've been feeling a little.......down.
Well, "down" would be an understatement in my case.
I had a freakout episode today, about something so trivial and childish, that I actually contemplated SUICIDE. Scary, right?
I guess it's just a number of things that built up over time that finally exploded today.
I have been officially diagnosed with depression and anxiety a while ago, and it's not easy to live with. Some people out there can relate to this.
I just want someone to talk to. I mean, I have family to support me, but no one really truly understands.
Anybody out there feel like talking to poor, pitiful me?
