So I busted 200+ bones on Clip Studio Paint JUST so I can have a consistent program to animate in.
Flash sucked, Krita isn't stable, and using SAI takes WAY too long.
So if anyone can vouch that Clip Studio is a stable program to animate in, that'd be great.

Aside from minor crashes, I didn't like how the tools worked. The program seems to favor tweening more than frame by frame animation; which is what I do.
I probably shouldn't say it sucks as a whole, but the program just didn't work well with me, personally.
Also make sure to tell us if the program works for you <3
