Hey y'all,

One of my coworkers no-call/no-showed yesterday. We were told they were terminated by our GM, and I was going to have to pull an 11 hour shift today, and cover their shifts for the week. No biggie.

Today, they came back in, for their shift, and they have all their hours. If I'd pulled a NC/NS, I'd have been gone gone, GONE. Last week my hours got cut 'cause I've broken one of the cardinal rules of working with a megalomaniacal hypocrite- having a differing opinion of the operation from the one in charge. That and being honest about the job, the infrastructure, the inventory control, scheduling . . .

Just needed to vent.
