"Fatal system error!"

SOLVED! Was a stupid personal mistake I was somehow doing over and over....
Hello everyone!
Just asking some technical support needed from anybody who can help...
It is a couple of days that no matter what picture I try to submit, I get "Fatal system error!" message as the file upload reaches 100%, instead of bringing me to the finalising page.
Happens both from PC and Smartphone (using two different internet connections), and happens with any picture I try to post, even very small jpegs.
At first I though of server mainteinance, but I noticed everyone else is posting as usual.
Any idea what it could be? Just to not bother techical support for stuff that might be common to happen...

It did some weird sounds, and screens now look all green... I wonder why? :O
I could possibly help (or at least, if it's not something to my knowledge, some folks who could gladly help).
Y-yes... For a couple of days without even noticing.
