Art Stream Code of conduct.

Always open for commissions. Stream:http://piczel.tv/watch/Foxena
I figured it was high-time I reuploaded/updated this journal. Most of the original problems aren't so much anymore and I figured it would also help to include commission guidelines to help when commissioning me on the stream. So with that in mind:
I livestream art EVERY DAY except Fridays (usually if I’m not having a vacation or a family emergency) from 8pm EST(EDT) to 11pm - or midnight.
Commission guidelines:
I don’t draw fetish/adult work, please don’t ask for it.
Please send me a note with your commission idea, if possible, well before your slot comes up. Do not wait until it’s almost your turn to send it to me.
Please keep your idea concise and brief. Because I’m only operating with half a brain squirrel during streams, I don’t have the wherewithal to read huge blocks of text and details will be missed if I do.
Keep your visual references relevant as possible to the idea you have in mind.
Artistic freedom will give you much more bang for your buck. Just throw a character reference at me and watch the magic happen. The more freedom I have, the more awesome I’ll try to make it.
Please be present for the entirety of your commission. If you need to go AFK, tell me in advance and I will work on the next person in line until you return; much of my work relies on immediate feedback, esp in the sketch phase.
If you didn’t pay for it, or if the commission is not for you in any way, you do not have the right to critique it, and repeated instances of this will see you banned. Some customers like things in a certain way which may not be to your aesthetic; that doesn’t mean it’s wrong, but it is up to the customer/recipient of the commission to determine that. And if that person isn’t you, then please keep your thoughts to yourself.
General Code of Conduct:
We’re all Adults in channel, but that isn’t license to be crude or vulgar. Please remember that there are times parents with their children also attend the stream and I want to keep the rating for the stream and its interactions somewhere between PG and PG-13
This is an Art stream, not a roleplay chat, and my channel is not to be treated as your personal chatroom. If you have a conversation that could happen privately elsewhere, please take it elsewhere. I’m running a stream about me and my artwork, if I feel you don’t care about either, I will ask you to seek your social interactions elsewhere.
Do not spam the chat. There are times when clients give me instructions on how to proceed with a picture, please be courteous and not drown out important information with a billion disjointed messages about how you really like rabbits.
HORMEL'S LAW IS NOT TO SHIELD YOU FROM A PERSONAL TRAUMA. My channel is blessed in that we can talk about religion and politics and current events and keep things relatively civil. You do not demand a topic end because you personally dislike it. I really hate derailing what might be an interesting discussion because one person has a trauma. We call "bacon" on a topic when tempers look like they're starting to rise and when people are starting to take things personally. NOT BECAUSE YOU ARE OFFENDED BY TALK OF POLITICS OR RELIGION OR PET KITTENS. (Note as of the 2016 election talk of anything politically geared is off the table until further notice.)
I am not your therapist/tech support, and neither is my channel. If you have legitimate physical or emotional problems get help from a professional. Please do not come to my stream and demand everyone stop and play psychoanalyst/geniusbar/geeksquad. If the only reason you are in my stream is to get help for a personal issue, you’re here for the wrong reason. If you need help with something go see a therapist or go to Reddit for information, not a 30-something cartoonist. Both will offer far better solutions to your problem than I can (unless it’s a problem specifically with the art-program I am using, [clip studio paint] then I might actually be able to help).
Do not share links without permission. We’ve had people link to screamers and gore, so if you do request to share a link, you will be asked what it contains. If permission to link is not expressly given, don’t share it.
The final say on behavior goes to me. I put up with a fair deal but if I have to continually reign someone in by telling them to stop a certain behavior, eventually I’m just going to kick them out. I don’t post specific rules and guidelines because all that does is give people loopholes to consider. In all honesty, if you’re acting like a jerk and I feel you should know better, I shouldn’t have to take you to the chalkboard like a child and tell you what rule you broke. In short, if you can’t act like a civil human being, don’t come to my stream.
