I'm tired of being alone. I'm tired of being depressed. I'm tired of being stressed. I'm tired of worrying about money. I'm tired of trying to find a job. I'm tired of being stressed about losing a job before I even find it because my fibromyalgia makes it so hard for me work and leaves me so completely worn out. I'm tired of being ignored. I'm tired of being taken for granted. I'm tired of people who are only around when they want something. I'm just tired in general. I'm worn out and exhausted, physically and mentally. It's been that way for years now, and it never gets any better. I don't even know what I'm supposed to do. I don't have any hope for things changing or getting better or anything. I'm just lost and IRL, I'm alone and abandoned. I don't have any friends IRL who want to spend time together. Nobody cares enough to do anything IRL. Everybody has reasons why they can't help. It's been months since I've been hugged or cuddled or anything IRL. I can't even remember the last time I touched another person.

What am I supposed to do?
