Hear ye, hear ye!
So if anyone has any techy skills (as I have absolutely none) I would really appreciate any help!
I am currently running windows 10 on an ASUS gaming computer. Lately I've had a display issue where I connect a second monitor but the second monitor remains blank. However, the main screen on the laptop recognizes a second display in the display settings. Furthermore, while I thought this may have been a monitor issue, the same thing happens when I connect it to my TV. Restarting fixes this but Id obviously like to have it stop from happening.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated~

In Windows 10, you can hit Win+P to open up the monitor output hotkey and select different settings. Try that, see if it works?
Also make sure the monitor is on the right input source. Sometimes they don't switch automatically.
