★ ══ 🐈 ══ ★ This is the TOS I attach to my paypal invoices since I can't fit my entire TOS on there. After seeing how many people don't read/skim artist's TOS I've decided to post my TOS Invoice Version. That being said... By commissioning me/buying a YCH from me you are confirming you have read and agreed to "Terms Of Service (FULL)" to it's full extent that can be found in the URL posted here: http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/7498830/ Bellow is a summarized version highlighting important points for your convenience. ★ ══ Wont Draw ══ ★ Hairless (Head Hair!) Aquatic Sonas. Avian-Sonas with large beaks. Scat, Sexualized Children, Extreme Gore, NSFW Feral [/center] ★ ══ Before Commissioning Me/ Buying A YCH ══ ★ By commissioning me you are confirming that you are over 18 years old. If you do not have a official reference, a thoroughly written description, or an idea of what you want I will tack on an extra 30 dollars for having to bring your character to life. If you do not have a official reference or a thoroughly written description of what you want I will tack on an extra 20 dollars for having to bring your character to life. If you do not have an official reference and I am working from a written description I will tack on an extra 15 dollars for having to bring your character to life. If you do not have an official reference and I am working from a colorless drawing I will tack on an extra 10 dollars for having to figure out colors for your character. ★ ══ Payment for Commissions/ YCHs ══ ★ I will require your paypal email so I can send an invoice for the money. DO NOT SEND ME THE MONEY! PLEASE WAIT FOR AN INVOICE! Full payment must be in my Paypal account before I start the commission/ YCH. Payment for YCH’s or any other sort of auction must be paid within 48 hours after auction’s end. If you do not pay or get back to me I will give it to the next highest bidder or I may re-auction it. ★ ══ After Commissioning Me/ Buying a YCH ══ ★ Through out a commission I will send two Work In Progress Shots. The first will be the sketch. You may request updates on the pose, anatomy, and anything else you see wrong. The next Work In Progress I will send will be the flat color stage. You may request changes on the character aspects like pattern, jewelry and what not. During this stage you cannot have the pose altered. In other words you are allowed TWO EDITS from me. This means everything you would like changed must be condensed and clearly written into TWO PRIVATE MESSAGES. If you require any other changes through a different/third private message you will be charged a fee. Through out a YCH I will send one Work In Progress Shots. I will send you a screenshot during the flat color stage. There you can request minor changes to the pose (Please keep in mind unless ABed these are pre-poses and cannot be altered much). If you demand anything major there will be a fee. You may also request changes on the character aspects like pattern, jewelry, and what not. In other words you are allowed ONE EDIT from me. This means everything you would like changed must be condensed and clearly written into ONE PRIVATE MESSAGE. If you require any other changes through a different/ second private message you will be charged a fee. If you have me added on skype, telegram or any other chat client we will discuss the commission through FA notes and strictly FA notes. It is easier for me to keep track of everything through there. Do not send me any details about the commission/ych through any chat client AT ALL. ★ ══ Refunds ══ ★ If you need a refund for any reason… If it’s in the sketch stage you will get 70% of your money back If it’s in the line art stage you will receive 50% of your money back. If it’s in a flat color stage you will receive 30% of your money back. Any further then flat color and a refund will not be possible. ★ ══ Adoptables ══ ★ You may alter and change the design however you please. Do not sell the adoptable for more then you bought it for. That being said if you buy additional art you can reassess the price accordingly. ★ ══ Character Creation ══ ★ If you do not have a official reference, a thoroughly written description, or an idea of what you want I will tack on an extra 50 dollars for having to bring your character to life. If you do not have a official reference or a thoroughly written description of what you want I will tack on an extra 30 dollars for having to bring your character to life. If you do not have an official reference and I am working from a written description I will tack on an extra 25 dollars for having to bring your character to life. ★ ══ Traditional Commissions ══ ★ I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF IT GETS LOST IN THE MAIL! I WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND OR ANY ART IF IT DOESN'T SHOW UP! I do not show WIPS for traditional work unless asked to do so.
