Well ... reflecting well ... I think the best thing you can do to find out is to look at the dictionary that represents your language ... I do not know what it is ... but for example the dictionary that represents the Spanish language is the "Dictionaries of the real Spanish academy" ... I think the one that represented your language ... and I say it with few memories is "the dictionary of Oxford" ... maybe my mistake ... but I'm almost sure that I should tell you what is the correct use of these words ... or if it does not appear ... it is probably because it is a bulgar version of the word.

if i remember, Grey is the english spelling, Gray is american, and i mix the two up while writing stuff and thats baaad. otherwise though there's no actually difference.

grey is an accepted way to spell it in america too, they sometimes teach it in schools even, so i think both are fine to use in 'american english'
