Yeah, apparently they see raffles as being a form of gambling. We had ours set where you didn't have to donate to get in on it, but they still might see it as a breach of their ToS.

And since the changes in my recording setup nearly cut my editing time down by two thirds, you can bet it's a relief!

Well, I had been recording as if I was doing traditional voiceover for animation. Which is to say I'd break up my lines one by one, record them each separately and save them, then go back later and edit each one together into a full piece. After that I'd add filters and do my foley work. Total, for every hour I spent in the booth I'd spend at least three or four editing.

This most recent project I ran through as if it was for a radio play. Each character got all their lines in a single long take, and I'd play that back repeatedly while recording the other characters in sync. The last few passes I'd​ add live foley as the sound effects should be happening instead of having to do them separately and figure out where each went. I got the project almost ready to post in less than two hours total.

It requires a lot more rehearsal since I can't flub a take without wasting a lot of time, but I think the overall gain in efficiency is worth the extra rehearsal time.
