Cintiq / EK remote Problem (solved, Thanks for the help!)

Hey! Wondering if anyone here can help me with an issue I'm having with my tablet.
I have a Cintiq with the EK remote, I have the buttons all set up the way I like them, I have a button set up for undo, and another for redo, and it's been working fine for a while, but today, I've been having issues with it, I have the button set to the keystroke Ctrl+Z, but it started having problems where it was only keystroking Ctrl , but no Z and now it only does ctrl, and the same issue happens with redo. I've tried resetting it but I keep having the same issue.

The tablet is not very old at all, I received it used, but I think it is less than a year old.I had to uninstall, reinstall and I could not use my old preferences, they had become corrupted somehow and loading them made me have to start the process all over. So i had to manually reconfigure all my settings to the way they were before
